Fritz is worth waiting for, he reviewed our special project. Preparation is everything. He prepares our 1970 brick surface to accept a special coating, he covered all surfaces requiring cover. He custom covers windows elec meters etc,. Fritz selected colors better than us. Golfview is also custom painting & prepping a new window to match existing. I know if no other who loves his craft. We have used several others, not anymore..

Fritz did a thorough proposal and detailed all work that was included. All other quotes were totally insufficient since there were no details of what was included. Fritz prepped the 1885 Lyon Oneroom Schoolhouse at 11455 Buno Rd, Brighton Twp for about 2 weeks. Pressure washing, scrapping, filling holes, priming and chaulking prior to painting. A four rail oak fence that surrounded the school and a storage shed were also prepped and painted. It was a relief to have a quality painter that had the same high expectations as I did. He new what was needed and did the work completely. No cutting corners just a thorough complete job. The school, fence and shed look great. I would recommend Fritz Gutchess for your job. I had Golfview Painting Co. repair all of my drywall seams in my garage, paint my garage and install an epoxy floor system. The job looks so great I feel bad parking my cars in my garage.

I would have given 6 stars if that was an option. Fritz was direct and up-front when giving our estimate. He arrived on-time, went straight to work, completed ahead of schedule. His knowledge and skill are obvious from just listening to him talk and watching him work. There is something to be said about someone who does things the right way, and this is certainly the case. And just an aside, he was great interacting with my kids, ages 4 and 1, while he was here, even shared his grapes with my four-year old during lunchtime. Thank you, Fritz.
I just had Fritz here again to get some more painting done. He does a wonderful job. Everything looks crisp and clean when he is done. I LOVE every room in the house that he has done. I would never hire another painter
Let's admit it, there is NOTHING fun about having the inside of your house painted. My husband and I put it off for 7 years. Fritz made it as easy as it possibly could be. He was always on time, was extremely tidy and respectful of our space and he did exactly what he said he would do. His skill as a painter is flawless ! We have some of the highest walls he has ever painted plus we used a very dark color. The oil based paint he used on our woodwork is like a factory finish, beautifully done. The results are stunning ! His understanding of paint, color, prep, application and how paint wears is masterful. We are confident our walls and woodwork will be beautiful for many years to come, with minimal upkeep. Plus he was a joy to have around. Our dog, Ellie, sat on the porch for several days waiting for him to show up after he was done ! He was worth every penny and then some. We would highly recommend Golfview Painting to anyone looking for top quality painting.
We hired Golfview painting and could not be happier with the quality of service that was performed. We had multiple rooms painted as well as an exterior door and Fritz paid excellent attention to detail. The rooms look amazing as not only did he paint but he prepped and repaired damage to the walls and ceiling. I hired Golfview Painting to paint my newly finished lower level of my house. Fritz was on time every day and finished the job on schedule. The oil-based paint finish he sprayed on all of my woodwork is amazing. I have never seen a better paint job. After he painted the walls, the sharpness of his paint lines were perfect. We hired Fritz because he was referred by our son. We liked the work he did at their home. They were extremely pleased with him. He painted our lower level entertainment room and did a fantastic job. He was very personable and we could trust him while I was gone. Our dogs warmed up to him too! We will ask him back whe we are ready for more painting.
